A dollar saved is a dollar earned.

I reduced the 2008 Annual Report cost to $100k from the $400k paid to an agency in 2007 by doing in-house art direction, photo editing, design updates, revised specs, and strategic creative management: same length, same quality, smaller bill.

I was responsible for theme, art direction, layout, production and project management. The final book won a Hermes Creative Award (Platinum), a Print Magazine Certificate of Design Excellence, a MarCom Award (Gold), and a Healthcare Advertising Award (Gold).

What People Are Saying

“Caitlin and I worked together very closely on a number of different projects and she was always a terrific colleague. She's super smart, highly creative and very detail oriented. Nothing got past her. She also has excellent judgement and, because I valued her opinion, I frequently used her as a sounding board for ideas even on projects that she wasn't involved in.

She is also great fun to have on your team. We worked at CPMC at a time when the hospital was weathering some difficult labor and political issues and despite tough deadlines and lots of pressure she was never anything less than a joy to be around.”

— Kevin McCormack, Media Relations Manager at CPMC

“Caitlin has a keen business sense and a take-action personality. We worked closely on many marketing projects and she provided valuable input, while managing the creative direction. She is great at juggling competing priorities and delivers excellent, insightful work.”

— Laura Miyashita, Marketing Manager at CPMC

“Caitlin is an amazing designer and project manager. She is strategic and comprehensive in her thinking and execution. I relied on her keen ability to question copy and design direction for the best results. Her ability to manage a huge work-load while remaining calm and composed was astonishing.”

— Paula Lykins, Manager of Community Relations at CPMC
