  • As employee number three at MasterClass, helped take the startup from an idea with angel funding through Series C on its journey to being valued at $2.25 billion.

  • Designed a suite of electronic informed consent cloud products for clinical trials adopted by 18 of the worldʼs top 25 pharmaceutical companies at Medidata Solutions, decreasing the timeline for study and site set-up by 1200%.

  • Redesigned lululemon’s mobile checkout, resulting in an estimated incremental annualized revenue impact of $20+ million.

  • At California Pacific Medical Center, introduced creative project management best practices, a job ticketing system, and PDF workflow, expediting design time and lowering prepress costs while producing purpose-driven creative that won dozens of industry awards.

  • Led San Francisco’s oldest private college preparatory high school through the most  intensive branding exercise since 1852; building consensus and generating excitement among diverse stakeholders; equipping the school with messaging, an identity guide, channel-specific content strategies, a responsive website, editorial calendars, inbound marketing tools; increasing tuition revenue by 16.66% in the first year.
